What is the catch on the guaranteed result?
The only two things we ask are that we get 3 months to do this, but at any given time during the 3 months the collaboration can be cancelled and that we can agree on some pure data driven base numbers to evaluate on.

What are the payment terms?
The initial amount of hours that you have been assesed for are invoiced before the start of a new month with an online payment request through the client portal and due before we begin working on your campaigns.

What if I want to start before the first of the month?
If the start is before the 15th of the month, then you are invoiced a proportional part of the hours and if after the 15th then you are invoiced proportional for the rest of the month and the next month together.

What kind of payment methods are available?

Can I prepay for additional months and get a discount?
No, we don’t want to dilute one of the big advantages of our model.

Why don't you have a contract?
We strongly believe that only satisfied customers matter and if we can’t deliver value on an ongoing basis then we don’t deserve the business.

How do I claim the compensation on the extras?
When you have subscribed and paid directly to the provider of one of our Premium Tools then we will be informed by them and we will deduct the appropiate amount on your next monthly invoice.
